More eggs, please!

Exciting times at our house! We found out last week that Mary Addison is no longer allergic to eggs! Yippee! Right when we found out, I asked her if she wanted to thank God for taking away her allergy. She grabbed my hands and said, "Dear God, thank you for not letting me be allergic anymore!". Then she said, "Mommy, can we go to Chick-fil-A for lunch?". We let her celebrate by picking out a cake at the grocery store. The next morning she asked if we could have fish and eggs for breakfast!

Tonight, I let the girls help me make brownies. They were so cute dressed in my old aprons. It's funny how many "little" things we have been enjoying lately, just due to the fact that she can have eggs. I never saw the allergy as much of an imposition, but now that it is gone, I realize a few of the fun things we have been missing out on! She still has a nut allergy and we are praying that it will disappear as well. But as for now, we are enjoying an egg-filled life!
