This morning Mary Addison rushed into the Den and exclaimed, "Happy Celebration Birthday Mother's Mommy Day!". I couldn't help but smile from head to toe!For a while, Mother's Day was bitter sweet around our house. There was a time in Ed's life when it was hard for him to even get out of bed on Mother's Day; the loss of his mother was just too close to heart. Then came our struggle with infertility. Three years without a baby made it tough for ME to get out of bed.
It's amazing how God can turn such a difficult day into such a blessed one. It's just another reminder of how God turns our sorrow into joy! Our girls are such a blessing and gentle reminder that God is continually at work in our lives!
